For me, the General Director, and for all Hotel Tyumen staff, our guests are the most pleasant and important in a Hotel work. The word "guest" associates with a warm phrase " to go on a visit ", meaning the meeting of friends, cordial host welcome, deliberate conversation.
For many years Hotel Tyumen hospitably opens the doors for travellers: businessmen and tourists, everyone who comes to rich and hospitable capital of Western Siberia. Our Hotel's visitors were outstanding politician and show stars, well-known and respected people. We do not divide guests on important and ordinary clients. Each guest is significant for us, we categorize each visitor as the close person, respecting his traditions, customs and the way of life.
During several years, we were working together with foreign managers, studying a great science of hospitality, the good-hearted relation to each guest and consequently the combination of truly Siberian, Russian kindliness and the precise organization of service under the international standards are the card of our Hotel.
